Thinking about lessons - part 1


This entry is about what I've learned in the past year. Later, I will write another entry about what I'd like to learn while we're travelling.

Today we had to make lists and think about what we have learnt in school over the last year so we made lists.
In maths I have learnt: fractions, decimals, square numbers, multiplication, adding, subtracting, angles, right angles, acute, obtuse and reflex angles.
In English i have been: writing a legend, learning about myths and legends, spellings.
In art I have been: drawing, painting, learning about famous artists.
In history we have been: learning about Egyptians, hieroglyphics, Egyptian numbers.
In science we have been: learning about light, learning about our eyes, using the bunsen burner, learning about how we see.
In I.C.T. we have been: making data charts, changing data.
In religious education we have been learning about: what it's like to be a hindu.
In French we have been: learning sentences about yourself in French.
